Pool service in Greenacres
Ten minutes east of home base and one of our steadier routes. Smaller pools, tighter yards, and the same fixed service day as everybody else.
“Richie is by far the best pool cleaning and patio guy in Palm Beach county. He does a phenomenal job every week. He's super dependable…”
“Richie has made our pool look better than it has in years! He goes above and beyond what we’ve experienced with most other pool companies…”
What pools here are up against
Greenacres is mostly established neighborhoods on smaller lots, which means smaller pools packed close to the house and a lot of screened patios. Tight side yards are the recurring problem out here. Getting a vacuum hose and a filter cart through a four foot gate is its own skill.
Smaller pools have their own chemistry. Less water means a summer storm dilutes the chlorine further, and a pool in full sun on a small lot burns through what is left faster than a big shaded one. That is why a small Greenacres pool can go cloudy a day or two after a hard rain while a larger pool down the street holds. A weekly visit catches that swing before it turns green.
The screened patios that cover a lot of the pools here keep the leaves out but not the pollen and fine dust, and the shade inside a cage keeps the deck and the bottom rail damp. Greenacres runs across four ZIP codes, 33413, 33415, 33463 and 33467, from the Jog Road side over to the neighborhoods off Lake Worth Road.
Where we work in Greenacres
Greenacres is about 6 miles from our base in Wellington. We cover ZIP codes 33413, 33415, 33463, 33467, including the area around Samuel J. Ferreri Community Park, Freedom Park and the Lake Worth Road corridor. Open 24/7: call or text (561) 252 8487 any time.
- River Bridge. The gated community built around a chain of lakes, a mix of homes and condos. The condos have community pools; the private pools are on the single family side, most of them behind screens. Wind off the lakes carries grit and pollen through the mesh, so the floor needs vacuuming even when no leaves get in.
- Lucerne Lakes. Older homes and villas set around the lakes, with plenty of screened patios. Older homes often mean older plaster, and older plaster stains more easily and holds the stain longer.
- Off Jog Road and Lake Worth Road. Established neighborhoods on smaller lots, where the side gate is the tight part of the job. Mature trees over small yards drop a lot into small pools, and a small pool fills with leaves faster than you would think.

Other jobs we do in Greenacres
Besides the weekly visit, the other jobs we do in Greenacres are mostly one offs. A pool that went green after a storm or a dead pump gets a green pool cleanup. Plaster left gray or stained after that is an acid wash. The screened patios get a screen enclosure cleaning, and the driveways and decks get pressure cleaning.
