These messages come from Richie's Pool & Patio LLC, not from an automated marketing system. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying STOP or by telling us directly.

When a new request comes in, our website sends a text alert with your details to the owner’s phone through a text messaging service so we can get back to you quickly.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and only as much as they need to do their job:

• Our website hosting provider, which stores the site and form submissions
• Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website
• Our text messaging provider, which delivers new request alerts to the owner
• Payment, accounting, or other service providers we use to run the business

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

How long we keep information

We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as they are useful for serving you and for as long as the law requires for business and tax records. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we must keep it for a legal reason.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), password protected access limited to the owner, and spam and attack protection. No website or storage system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
