Pressure cleaning that brings surfaces back
“…I had my driveway and patio clean by them and it came looking great. Showed up on time when he said he would be there…”
Everything outside in Florida eventually turns green. Your driveway, your patio, the bottom of your screen frames. We take it off, and most people are genuinely surprised at what color their concrete was underneath.

Before and after, from real jobs
Before
AfterThe algae had the whole slab. Surface cleaned and rinsed the same afternoon, no wand stripes.
Before
AfterDark and slick with mildew. Washed back to the color they were laid in.
Before
AfterGreen down every beam and the mesh had gone gray. Frames and screens both, and the yard opened right up.
Surfaces we clean
Concrete driveways and sidewalks get run with a surface cleaner, which is what keeps you from ending up with wand stripes across the whole slab. Paver patios get washed. Screen frames and mesh get a soft wash, low pressure, because a pressure washer will absolutely tear screen if somebody gets impatient with it. Gutters get cleaned out and washed off. House walls get a gentle mix that kills the mold without stripping paint or killing the plants underneath.
How pricing works
Most of it is priced on square footage with a minimum, and you get the number before anybody unrolls a hose. If you bundle the driveway with the pool deck and the patio the rate per square foot comes down, because we are already there with the machine running. Quotes are free and we are not going to lean on you.
How often it needs doing
Out here most driveways look right if you wash them every year or so. A patio sitting under trees usually wants it annually. Screen cages in shady wet yards streak faster than anything else on the property, so those tend to be a yearly job too. If yours still looks good, we will tell you to wait.
Pressure Cleaning near you
We do this across western Palm Beach County, out to West Palm Beach. Pick your town to see what we cover there.
Questions we hear a lot
- Will pressure washing damage my plants?
- No. We soak the landscaping first, use mixes that are safe around plants and rinse everything down when we finish. Your beds will be fine.
- How long does a driveway take?
- A normal two car driveway runs about two hours from setup to final rinse. Once we rinse it you can walk on it right away.
- Do you offer one time cleanings or only plans?
- Both. Plenty of people have us out once or twice a year for the concrete and never sign up for anything else, and that is fine.
