Service
Weekly pool cleaning service with everything included
“…I had a company before him who we had nothing but trouble with, but Richie hasn't had any trouble keeping chemicals balanced and the pool sparkling clean…”
“Richie has been taking care of our pool for the past three years… Extremely reliable and responsive!”
You get one visit a week, on the same day, and your pool stays ready to swim in. We net it, vacuum it, brush the walls, empty the baskets, clean the filter, spray the tile line and balance the water. Whatever chemicals it takes to do that are already in your monthly price.

Before
AfterDebris and staining across the whole surface. Gone in one visit.
Before
AfterOne windy night filled it with palm litter. Netted and vacuumed out.
What happens on every visit
Same checklist every time, so nothing gets forgotten on a busy day. Leaves and bugs come off the surface before they have a chance to sink and stain. The floor gets vacuumed, which in August is most of the work. Walls, steps and benches get brushed, because algae starts in the spots nobody looks at. Baskets get emptied. The filter gets cleaned weekly rather than whenever somebody remembers. Then the tile line gets sprayed and the water gets tested and corrected. If your pool needed four jugs of something that week, that is our problem, not a line on your bill.
What all chemicals included actually means
A lot of companies quote you a nice low weekly rate and then bill the shock, the chlorine, the algaecide and the stabilizer on top of it. We do not do that. You agree to a monthly number and that is the number, in July when it rains every afternoon and in January when it barely needs anything. It makes your budget boring, which is the point.
How much weekly pool service costs
Weekly service starts at $140 a month for a small pool and runs to $300 or more for a large one. Every chemical is inside that number. Where your pool lands comes down to its size and how much work it takes each week, and you get the actual figure before anything starts. It is the same number in July as it is in January.
Why weekly and not every other week
Pools here deal with afternoon storms, constant leaf drop and a swim season that never really ends. Skip two weeks in the summer heat and algae gets a real foothold. Then you are paying somebody to rescue the pool instead of maintain it, and that always costs more. Staying on top of it is just cheaper.
