What happens after you send it

Richie reads it himself, usually the same day. For a weekly pool quote he will ask two or three things the form does not cover, normally the rough size and how much tree cover the yard has. That is enough to give you a real monthly number rather than a range.

For pressure cleaning or a screen repair it helps to send a photo. Most of the time we can quote off a picture and a square footage, and only come out to look if something about it is unusual.

If it is urgent

Call or text rather than using the form. A green pool before a weekend or a torn cage panel after a storm are both worth a phone call, and texting a photo is usually the fastest way to get an answer.
